You will work with production, engineering, and quality to troubleshoot issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and docs.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Comfort on the production floor with the team building the product.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues and drive root causes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions.
• Improve processes, workflows, and work instructions.
• Support engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, and service teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
