Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and docs.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Comfort on the production floor with the team building the product.

• Partner directly with production, engineering, quality, and service teams.

• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Someone who is comfortable spending time on the production floor working directly with the people building the product.
