Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 3+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, or 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, ECOs, and CAD/ SolidWorks manufacturing processes.
• Strong AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering resource for custom and project-based products, enabling manufacturing readiness and successful production launches.
• Support NPI and new product development initiatives with Product Engineering and Operations teams.
• Review designs and processes for manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain processes, routings, labor standards, SOPs, process maps, and BOMs for products.
• Coordinate prototype builds, pilot runs, and first-production launches with NPI Lead.
