Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software; SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
• Design, install, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and reliably on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to resolve production inefficiencies.
• Analyze root causes of process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop testing methods to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze production metrics and cost data to identify improvement opportunities.
