Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering and design experience.
• Experience in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, NX, or Inventor.
• Experience with complex conceptual design vs. simple complete designs.
• Willingness to travel to local customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and guide technical decisions across projects.
• Design, prototype, test, and document mechanical designs for new product development.
• Engage with customers and vendors on-site, providing technical leadership.
• Mentor entry-level engineers and contribute to team development.
• Support business development through technical input on proposals and discussions.
