Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college.
• Prior experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work overtime if needed to support special projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. Interim Secret required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Define processes for manufacturing of microwave hybrids and related assemblies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect machinery, equipment and tools for efficiency and reliability.
