Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college.
• Prior experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work overtime if needed to support special projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Define processes and troubleshoot hardware to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency.
• Gain understanding of assembly techniques and materials used to produce microwave hybrids.
