Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance within one year of start date.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Define processes and troubleshoot hardware for manufacturing of microwave hybrids.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for processes and procedures.
• Design the sequence of operations and specify procedures for fabrication tooling and functions.
• Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency.
• Investigate hardware failures and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
