Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. You will troubleshoot hardware and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance within one year of start date.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Define processes and troubleshoot hardware for manufacturing of microwave hybrids.
Ensure regulatory compliance for processes and procedures.
Design the sequence of operations and specify procedures for fabrication tooling and functions.
Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency.
Investigate hardware failures and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
Ensure processes and procedures are compliant with regulations.
