Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Chelmsford, MA seeks an Early Career Industrial Engineer to support RF and microelectronics assembly lines, developing production operation time standards, tracking cost and schedule performance, and establishing efficiency calculations, capacity assessments, and process improvements.
You will collaborate with the Product Manager and Program Support Teams to refine production layouts and flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college.
- Knowledge and understanding of Production / Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Tools and skills for driving continuous improvement projects.
- Experience with process simulation modeling.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assists with development of production operation time standards.
- Tracks cost and schedule performance at the part level.
- Establishes efficiency calculations, capacity/manpower assessments, and trend analysis.
- Supports capital equipment justifications, production layouts and process flows.
- Works with Product Manager and Program Support Teams to improve production in RF and microelectronics assembly.
