Job summary

A-dec is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support machining and fabrication operations in a mid-volume, mid-mix environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply advanced manufacturing theories, and drive process improvements from design reviews to production readiness.

Develop sophisticated manufacturing processes, mentor other engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (PM, lean sigma) preferred.
• 8 years of technical design and project execution experience in process/manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and leads major technical manufacturing projects.
• Provides technical support for design, fabrication, and evaluation of processes.
• Develops production and process control information to meet design objectives.
• Tracks and communicates project progress with teams and management.
