This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring a strong compliance and safety culture with a focus on both local and global operations.**What you will be doing:*** Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for Machining assembly lines, focusing on production stability and performance.* Support implementation and sustainment of assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.* Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.* Develop and update work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.* Participate in continuous improvement activities targeting quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.* Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support daily production needs.* Support change management activities related to product, process, or equipment updates.* Collect and analyze production data to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.* Promote compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.* Perform additional engineering or improvement tasks as assigned..**Position requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, and 3 years of experience in machining engineering; **or** 7 years of experience in machining engineering* “Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
