Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, focusing on machine/equipment assembly.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly methods, fasteners, torque specs, and alignment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for tooling/layout.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly processes for complex machines and systems.
• Design tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for machine assembly.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams and resolve on‑the‑floor issues.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Analyze downtime and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with layout planning and workstation design for assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
