The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 3–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, with proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in assembly process engineering or industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience conducting time studies and establishing labor standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a shop-floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and establish labor standards across all assembly operations.
• Define and document assembly sequences, work instructions, and process flows from the ground up.
• Lead kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops targeting assembly cycle time and waste reduction.
