Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects, drive process improvements, and support introduction of new and existing products into production.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and GMP principles to transfer products into production, troubleshoot equipment, and develop protocols, SOPs, and training for new launches and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Manufacturing or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects and track milestones.
• Communicate project status and resolve technical issues.
• Improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and GMP.
• Transfer products and changes into production via validation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop protocols, SOPs, visual work instructions, and training.
