Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, process engineering, or R&D environments.
• Experience applying electrical engineering in manufacturing settings.
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes or product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, development, and validation for new product introductions and sustainment.
• Refine manufacturing processes for electro‑mechanical assembly (PCBs, soldering, potting, molding, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal and contract manufacturers to meet quality, cost, and production targets.
• Create and release technical docs, manufacturing requirements, validation protocols, and ECOs.
• Conduct process validation, capability studies, risk assessments, control plans, and inspections.
• Analyze equipment performance using data and statistics to drive improvements.
• Lead or support equipment acquisition—specification, supplier coordination, installation, qualification, validation.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supplier, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
