Responsibilities

• Plan and implement shop layouts to improve material flow and increase plant capacity.
• Coordinate placement of new equipment to optimize production processes.
• Develop and implement lean methods and safe work practices for cost-effective production.
• Provide training and standard work documentation for key processes.
• Establish time standards using approved industrial engineering practices.
• Evaluate production processes to increase productivity and explore new methods.
• Coordinate material and tooling availability with stakeholders.
