Job summary

Responsibilities

Plan shop layouts to improve material flow, increase capacity, and coordinate new equipment placement.
Develop and implement efficient, safe work methods and lean material flows; ensure equipment and tooling are cost effective.
Provide training and standard work for critical processes to develop and maintain process capability.
Establish time standards using industrial engineering practices and secure approvals for costing integration.
Evaluate production processes to boost productivity and explore improvements.
Coordinate material and tooling availability with stakeholders.
Process Engineering Change Notices to ensure producibility, routing methods, and documented time standards and tool orders.
