Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing under the Industrial Engineering Manager.
• Improve processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead Lean initiatives and establish standard work across lines.
• Develop process plans, tooling/fixtures, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Perform cost estimates, time studies, and labor standards; provide shop-floor support.
• Support capital equipment justification and implementation.
