The role blends hands-on process design with cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products. You will work with CAD tools (SolidWorks) and lean methodologies to document processes, support new product introductions, and train staff on best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools and technologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering tools.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
• Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
