Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficient in CAD and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
• Support NPI with process validation and documentation.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for standardized practices.
• Drive on-time delivery through capacity planning and bottleneck analysis.
