voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead process improvements and support operations in a high-paced aerospace components facility.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and experience with roll forming, CNC machining, and laser cutting. Onsite shift with strong safety and efficiency focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles within a manufacturing or job shop setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor (CATIA preferred)
• Kaizen/Lean manufacturing experience
• US Person as defined by ITAR & EAR

Responsibilities

• Lead process and product improvement initiatives and review designs for engineering standards.
• Assist in tooling tryout and development and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Develop processes for new and existing equipment and run time studies to meet goals.
• Coordinate, implement and standardize manufacturing process improvements.
• Prepare part specific work instructions and evaluate manufacturing standards.
