RBC in Weaverville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, direct, and support CNC machining processes and the personnel who run them. You will research production problems, establish standard requirements for equipment, tooling, and methods, and determine optimal use of resources.

As a mid-level engineer, you will drive cost reductions and quality improvements using lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) and collaborate with engineering and production teams to

Competenze

• B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with CNC machine tools and tooling development.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.

• Develop and implement new production equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain accurate work instructions, routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
