Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive safety, quality, and lean improvements on the plant floor and lead major capital projects. The role emphasizes standard work, process optimization, and strong collaboration with operations teams.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited B.S. in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, with 2–4 years of experience and Six Sigma Green Belt. CAD/Photoshop skills and SAP knowledge are valued assets.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives with plant leadership and supervisors; address safety issues.
• Drive LEAN culture; develop and execute standard work and capital project support.
• Utilize 3D CAD and Adobe Photoshop for design and documentation tasks.
• Improve product quality and equipment performance; train operators on specs and parameters.
• Manage multi-million dollar projects on time and budget; coordinate large installations.
