Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining, assembly, or heavy industry preferred.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes, tooling, work instructions, and production standards.
• Analyze workflows to improve safety, quality, productivity, and throughput.
• Support machining, assembly, and testing operations through process development and troubleshooting.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and cost-effective designs.
• Develop routings, process plans, and production readiness for NPI activities.
