Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support operations through process development, testing, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on efficient, cost-effective production, leveraging Lean tools and CAD expertise.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, time studies, and capital projects while collaborating across Product Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong Lean knowledge and proven Kaizen/6S leadership.
• Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks.
• Experience managing capital equipment projects and plant layouts.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct time studies to validate labor standards and efficiency.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide CAD support for drawings, layouts, and work centers.
• Oversee capital projects, budgets, and schedules.
