Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and translate collected information into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects in the panels department using lean tools.
  • Develop standardized work, Kaizen and 5S to improve quality and productivity.
  • Implement engineering changes and support new product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Document changes and ensure BOM drawings are properly managed.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and safety improvements on the production line.
