Qualifications

  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices and problem solving.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects in the panels department.
  • Develop sustainable improvements using servant leadership and lean tools.
  • Implement engineering change notices with quality and product development teams.
  • Deploy standardized work, kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping and other lean methods.
  • Review scrap, process failures, and customer claims for corrective actions.
  • Document design changes and ensure BOM/drawings are updated.
  • Initiate production-line process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Support product launches and post-launch manufacturing engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Product Development.
