Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Up to 5 years related experience.
• Experience with working a low volume/high variation manufacturing operation preferred.
• Proficient with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Plan and design plant floor layouts for efficient equipment and material flow.
• Prepare time studies and manage projects/budgets.
• Support CI initiatives and implement lean practices across operations.
• Provide technical support for tooling, fixturing, and process improvements.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
