Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years related experience with 3+ years as an operations leader.
• Experience managing a P&L and lean manufacturing impact on financials.
• Exposure to Toyota Production System or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop lean, world-class manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate tools and equipment options to reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain safe, productive manufacturing layouts.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste elimination across facilities.
