Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts.
• ERP experience and BOM setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes meeting specs and quality standards.
• Lead engineering changes and plant layouts.
• Conduct time and method studies to set time standards.
• Support lean initiatives and Kaizen projects.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment; monitor production metrics.
