Job summary

CEMCO, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide hands-on engineering support to plant operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency while designing machinery components and tooling.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and prepare drawings for machinery and tooling using CAD software.
• Evaluate components needed to design or modify equipment.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve processes and safety.
• Create work instructions to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Oversee equipment installation and train technicians in use and interpretation.
• Guide tooling selection and production efficiency with the machine shop.
