Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for engineering design is required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, test, or source tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing methods.
  • Support engineers in research, design and development of manufacturing processes including welding schedules, production flow, and assembly methods.
  • Lead capital equipment projects and manage pre-production activities.
