Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands‑on experience in industrial assembly lines and the HVAC sector to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. You will lead projects, interact with cross‑functional teams, and manage contractors while applying Lean Six Sigma and 5S principles.

The role requires ownership, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to present solutions to higher management in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, HVAC or industrial assembly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with assembly line operations and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to own projects, write CAR, present in sourcing board, and manage budgets.
• Expertise in problem-solving tools: fishbone, 6M, 5Whys, 8D.
• Lean tools: 5S, Kanban, Gemba, Kaizen.
• Ability to create Work Instructions and OMSs.
• Strong communication and leadership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes focused on assembly line operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Scheduling, Design Engineering, and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Own projects as lead with internal and external contractors.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
