Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, industrial, or electrical/controls engineering experience.
• Experience driving process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and implement quality and process control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with PLCs, HMI, and control systems.
• Nice-to-haves: CAD/CAM, robotics, and advanced process controls.
• Project management experience and ability to communicate across departments.
