Weir in Newton, MS is seeking an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to drive quality and efficiency across production lines. You will own process controls, lead CAPA efforts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/material science/industrial engineering required.
• 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience in production environments (foundry or heavy manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in process controls, control plans, root-cause analysis, and data analytics.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own process control system issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead quality assurance audits and root cause investigations using 5-Why and PDCA.
• Lead initiatives to reduce process variation and improve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and scheduling teams on new products and tooling.
