Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; master's preferred.
• Six years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing and NPI initiatives with planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced manufacturing engineering support and technical leadership across drawings, specs, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and product improvements to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Lead new program introduction and ramp-up activities to meet customer and business objectives.
• Drive large-scale continuous improvement projects using FMEA, RCCA, PHA and statistical methods.
• Develop measurement plans and data-driven actions to validate performance and reduce variation.
