You will perform time studies for labor balancing and equipment optimization and provide engineering support for tooling and capital projects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

The candidate must be enrolled in an engineering program and have completed their sophomore year, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering program and has completed the sophomore year.
• Strong technical, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to support labor balancing and equipment optimization.
• Provide engineering support for tooling, equipment, and sustaining projects.
• Assist with in-process capital budget projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist ergonomics investigations and Connected Manufacturing activities.
