Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• Microsoft Office applications and CAD experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete tasks and assignments.
• AI readiness: comfortable learning and applying AI tools with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build plans, production tooling, and manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.
• Redesign tooling to improve operators' work environments.
• Analyze layouts and production processes to improve facility layouts for product flow.
• Create reference documents and standardized work for new or improved processes.
• Analyze quality concerns, make recommendations for improvement, and implement ideas.
• Explore new equipment and software to reduce scrap and downtime and suggest workflow changes.
• Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including PPM, line disruptions, and NCMT closures.
• Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Evaluate production processes to increase productivity and enhance the product.
• Coordinate material and tooling availability with stakeholders.
