Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen and industrialize our packaging solutions. You will bridge product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.

You will lead industrialization projects, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Strong Lean and Six Sigma experience and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute industrialization, improvement, and investment projects for new and existing products.
  • Analyze and influence product designs early to ensure manufacturability, cost targets, and quality.
  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Support transition from product development to manufacturing, including prototype builds and process validation.
