Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Louisville to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and industrialize innovative packaging solutions. You will lead projects, influence designs for manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, several years of manufacturing experience, and fluent English with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
  • Fluent in English, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead industrialization and improvement projects for new and existing products.
  • Analyze product designs for manufacturability and cost targets.
  • Design and optimize processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
  • Manage ECNs/CNs and monitor project milestones.
