S&C Electric Company seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III in Florida to own manufacturing operations, optimize layouts, and improve safety, quality, and cost. The role drives process excellence with data-driven methods across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include tooling strategy, equipment reliability, and leading improvements using production metrics and KPIs. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with 4–9 years of related experience and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–9 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems; electrical basics.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics to optimize processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Manufacturing Ownership & Strategy: Independently support manufacturing operations as technical owner for assigned production areas.
• Process, PSPSs & Layout Ownership: Own manufacturing PSPs, work instructions, build processes, and lead layout changes.
• Equipment, Tooling & Capital Management: Provide hands-on support for production equipment and tooling strategy.
• Troubleshooting & Corrective Action: Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Equipment Installation & Validation: Support installation and validation of fixtures and test equipment.
• Operational Metrics & Decision Support: Develop KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
