Job summary

You will drive Time to Market, support Make-vs-Buy analyses, and ensure feasibility and cost targets for new product introductions in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or NPD role.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes and DFMA.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations for the Kitchen and Bath Development Process.
• Provide DFMA input and participate in design reviews and FMEA.
• Manage NPI/NPD projects across quality, engineering, production, and materials.
• Build product cost models and support make-vs-buy analyses.
• Develop project timelines and ensure on-time inventory milestones.
• Escalate project status to operations leadership.
