Responsibilities include creating 3D models, developing operational sequences, and applying data analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.
• 3+ years driving robust Corrective Actions Root Cause and Corrective Action.
• 5+ years of experience with electro-mechanical assemblies.
• 3+ years of experience with PR/MRB process (PR/QMRB certification preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics and CAD/CAM software to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize manufacturing processes and digital work instructions.
• Define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence.
• Evaluate performance of equipment and tools and initiate corrective actions to ensure excellence.
• Leverage factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Provide input to product design regarding design concepts and specifications to optimize manufacturing techniques.
