Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive ongoing process improvement across the value chain and enhance product quality by studying manufacturing methods and implementing improvement plans. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure changes are executed effectively.

The role focuses on launching new products, optimizing mixed-model lines, and deploying standard Generac tools and lean principles to deliver operational excellence and cost reductions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• 3–5 years of related experience in engineering.
• Experience with process improvement and manufacturing methods.

Mansioni

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation and technology transfer.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and standards.
• Promote continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with shop floor to optimize manufacturing methods and controls.
• Define and implement equipment, programs, and tooling.
