Job summary

Pedagog Recruiting & Careers seeks a Manufacturing Engineer - II to plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes in a JIT automotive environment. You will ensure new designs are manufacturable and maintain assembly processes in production.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with 2–4 years of experience and will support APQP activities, PFMEA, and Process Flow Charts. Relocation assistance and strong health and 401k benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
2–4 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in a Just In Time (JIT) automotive environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides day-to-day technical support and training for the assembly processes in the plant.
Maximizes efficiency by analyzing assembly line layouts, workflow, methods, and tooling.
Leads APQP requirements including PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and Process Design Sheets.
Participates in prototype and pre-production sample parts; distributes ISIR.
Supports project schedules to track milestones and ensure on-time completion.
Identifies equipment load requirements and communicates needs to internal teams.
