Job summary

Lennox International in Grenada, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to plan, design, and improve manufacturing processes in an industrial plant. You will provide on‑the‑floor support for machining, forming, welding, assembly, and material handling, while collaborating with operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 1 year of related experience, and have strong CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
• Experience with analytical and CAD software.
• Knowledge of design techniques for precision plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, production aids, and fixtures.
• Provide technical support for machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding, assembly, and material handling.
• Support floor and assembly teams on drawings, ECNs, rework, manufacturing difficulties, and specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain to resolve issues and sustain improvements.
