You will provide on‑the‑floor technical support and collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.

This salaried exempt role offers a starting salary range between $78,000 and $101,850 per year, with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with analytical and CAD software.
• Knowledge of design techniques for precision drawings and models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and improve manufacturing processes across machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and brazing, assembly, and material handling.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues and sustain improvements.
• Support plant layout, equipment moves, and process capability improvements.
