Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to learn and network the organization.
• Proven analytical ability to understand and solve technical issues in a team-oriented environment.
• Inclination to work directly on the production floor.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including occasional travel for vendors and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to improve product flow, yield, and uptime.
• Lead continuous improvement and process capability via equipment optimization.
• Mentor PSEs and drive problem solving on the production line.
• Interface with other departments to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Own 8D/RMA responses and drive corrective actions.
• Develop control plans, FMEAs, process flow charts, and assembly drawings.
• Promote a safe, compliant workplace and follow company policies.
