• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Apply DFx principles to estimate and reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and tooling/process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and assess work methods and policies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions; perform FMEA; provide reports.
