Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
  • Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering teams.
  • Apply DFx and lean principles to estimate and reduce costs and improve product quality.
  • Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
  • Develop and use test procedures and evaluate results to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Prepare reports on processes and corrective actions as needed.
